The project included a full interior build-out with upgraded utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, custom finishes, exterior enhancements, and integration of Sweetgreen’s automated salad-making technology, resulting in a space that supports efficient fast-casual operations and a welcoming, thoughtfully designed customer experience.

Red Robin - Redding, CA.
Red Robin’s Redding, California location underwent a comprehensive restaurant refresh within an existing building, modernizing the space while addressing underlying exterior damage and key customer-facing areas.
The project included exterior repairs and siding replacement, refreshed finishes, signage reinstallation, patio and landscaping enhancements, and interior upgrades such as new flooring, lighting, furnishings, fire alarm systems, and bar modifications. These improvements enhanced durability, safety, and curb appeal while aligning the restaurant with current brand standards and elevating the guest experience.

Pressed Juicery’s location underwent an exterior refresh focused on improving the building façade and overall curb appeal.
The project included removal of existing exterior tile, installation of new stucco finishes, and coordinated exterior updates to create a clean, cohesive storefront. These improvements enhanced durability and appearance while aligning the exterior with brand standards and elevating the customer-facing experience.

Raising Cane’s underwent a focused interior ceiling revamp designed to enhance the dining environment while showcasing key architectural elements.
The project included removal of existing ceiling inserts, exposure of structural beams and mechanical systems, and installation of new electrical infrastructure to support custom lighting.
