Who is JDE CFS?
We were previously branded as JDE Construction, Inc. Our team and brand have grown to reflect what our business does best – find, manage, and tailor solutions for facilities of all kinds without limitations. We are a Southern California-based commercial construction and facilities solutions company. We offer self-performing technicians and 3rd party work order management throughout the United States. Our team of construction and facilities experts provides knowledgeable service, support, and PM tailored to each of our customer's requirements and needs for long-lasting partnerships. The majority of our in-house staff has multiple years of hands-on field experience and utilizes those years of expertise on every project, this is what sets us apart from other 3rd party management companies who rely solely on the advice and timeline of their subcontractor which can cause delays due to lack of experience in the field. So far in 2024, we have executed 688 work orders & a wide spectrum of projects for our top clients including Raising Canes, Black Angus, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and Monte Vista a Non-profit Retirement Community, with nationwide facility locations. Our team is solutions-driven and takes great pride in customer satisfaction. We are looking to facilitate growth in our company through long-lasting partnerships and collaborations.

RFMA After Hours:
For JDE's first after-hours night, we treated our team to reservations at the Voltaggio Brothers Restaurant for some delicious steaks and appetizers that were out of this world. Great food and wine, paired with fun and exciting conversations moved us and created memories we won't soon forget.

On our second night in Washington, DC after the RFMA exhibition hours, JDE CFS rented a tour bus to enjoy an incredible experience with our friends visiting all the monuments. During this guided tour we saw the Lincoln Memorial, the White House, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the Washington Monument, the World War II Memorial, and the Korean War Veterans Memorial.

Congratulations to our champions! 1st Prize Shawn Coe and our Raffle winners Adam Cronk from Sweet Greens, Rich Olso, and Kathie Ong from Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. A special thank you to Shawn Coe, for donating two of his prizes to the Wells House Non-profit Organization that has been helping fight addiction by paving "a path to recovery since 1976."
